Solaris Aquae produces an innovative series of compact and effective reverse osmosis systems, for easy assembly and placement in the technical area or in a dedicated container of the facility being serviced. The proposed technical solution is based on an innovative pump with integrated energy recovery that in a compact unit combines both the high-pressure pump required for reverse osmosis desalination, and the energy recovery system.

The innovative Solaris Aquae system, through an operational process developed through heat exchanger and heat pump, allows to recover the energy of the sea water further increased in the reverse osmosis process to obtain domestic hot water and cold water for the cooling of the environments .

MBR is a biological wastewater treatment system that consisting in the combination of the traditional activated sludge purification process and a membrane separation system.

Photovoltaic System

The photovoltaic system supplies the electricity needed to supply the previous modules from a solar source.

Remote Control Connection and Assistance

The control and management system consists of a set of microprocessors dedicated to the different functions and cooperating with each other in a coordinated set that falls within the parameters of the technologies defined as IoT (Internet of Things).
Control of Solaris Aquae systems is achieved with the most modern web-based systems (PC, tablet, smartphone, etc.), which allows the control of the plant in any geographical location where the operator is located. This control and management structure makes it possible to guarantee the functionality of the system in all operating conditions.
This new technology allows you to delete the local commands, buttons, displays and anything else that traditionally refers to an industrial process control system. On the control panel there is only the red emergency button required by law.
The IoT control and management system relies on a control and supervision centre manned 24/7 and available both in the case of a maintenance contract and in the case of rental of the plant.

TMT Technology

Production of fresh water, water heating and cooling: Solaris Aquae, thanks to the latest technology, is able to exploit the marine resource: producing drinking water through Reverse Osmosis and also domestic hot water (ACS) and cold water for air conditioning of the environments.
The system consists of 3 modules that can be gradually integrated.
This technology allows the user to become independent for the supply of drinking water and at the same time to achieve considerable energy savings, thanks to the recovery of latent energy in sea water and waste fluids from desalination processes.
The TMT system is a fundamental element of innovation for the development of the coastal economy and a concrete response to the problems relating to the increasingly frequent water crises.
